Taylor Escher

Taylor Escher evaluates the patentability and commercialization potential and identifies licensees for new inventions. As a postdoctoral researcher, Taylor discovered the world of technology transfer while working on invention disclosures at Northwestern University. A proud Jayhawk alum, Taylor received her Doctorate in Cancer Biology from the University of Kansas in 2021 with her doctoral research focusing resistance mechanisms after treatment in breast cancer. Taylor also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. When not researching new innovations at KU, Taylor enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and listening to K-Pop.
