Alicia Reed

Alicia M. Reed is the Assistant Vice Chancellor for the University of Kansas Office of Research.

She provides leadership for the Pre-Award, Contract Negotiations, and Post-Award units, and acts as the official signatory for sponsored projects from the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas Center for Research, Inc.

Reed received a Master of Arts in sociology from the University of Kansas in 2004. Her research administration career started in the Pre-Award unit of the KU Office of Research in 2005, and she has held grant specialist, grant officer, research development coordinator, and associate director roles during her tenure at the Office of Research.
