Dear Colleagues,

Thank you for attending this afternoon’s virtual town hall focused on evolving developments in the federal funding landscape and KU’s response. If you missed the livestream, the recording is available on the provost’s website.

Our core message remains the same: Continue work on awarded federal projects unless you receive a stop-work order from the sponsor. Continue to submit proposals to federal funding opportunities. Contact Alicia Reed, assistant vice chancellor for research, if you receive a stop-work order or have questions about specific projects or components of a project.

We have created a Federal Research Updates webpage to keep you up to speed on the latest developments and guidance as they become available. Please visit the page regularly to check for new information.

Thank you for everything you’re doing to advance KU’s research mission during this uncertain time.

Respectfully,
Shelley
