Research Terms and Conditions

Federal Research Terms and Conditions are a streamlined approach that supports the implementation of the Uniform Guidance that is consistent with government-wide research policy. The Research Terms and Conditions are to provide clarification, supplementary guidance, and, where appropriate, selected options, while meeting the spirit and intent of a uniform implementation.

The below matrices are for reference only-all University and Agency guidelines, as well as the award-specific program solicitation, award notice, and terms and conditions supercede the guidance in this matrix.  Please review all applicable guidelines and terms and conditions for awards you are managing.
