Funding for the Mental Health program should focus on behavioral health services for children and adults and family violence. Requests should employ at least one of the three strategies listed below to improve mental/behavioral health outcomes:

  • Capacity – Support the advancement, efficiency, and sustainability of organization sand systems providing care
  • Access – Promote policies, practices, and technology that increase access
  • Quality – Encourage a continuum of services using best practices that improve wellness outcomes

Securing additional funds from other sources to support your project is important to the Foundation. The Foundation will consider requests for no more than 75 percent of the cost of the proposed project. It is recommended that the remaining funds use a balanced approach of cash and in-kind resources.
